Installation

Immersive, sensor-driven environments that fuse tactile materials, interactive technology, and responsive soundscapes.

01

The Grotesque Dome

An intimate pulse-synced installation exploring the uncanny space between digital and corporeal experience.

An immersive installation investigating how technology can merge with bodily sensation and human form. Using their fingertip, the viewer can physically sync their pulse with the constructed environment, triggering the projection to animate and sound their heartbeat.

The generous seating and cave-like enclosure contrast with fleshy, monstrous materials to form an uncanny encounter—mirroring the fusion of natural and virtual landscapes in contemporary life.

Kinetic Contemplations

A meditative, generative environment tuned to capacitive touch and participant intention.

This interactive work invites seated participants to explore a responsive visual and sonic field. Capacitive touch sensors shaped like hands rest beside each guest; every interaction prompts the projection to shift—introducing new imagery, movement, color palettes, or ambient layers.

A camera sensor captured unique frames generated during each session. Post-exhibition, participants who opted in received a curated folder of their images, transforming a temporary experience into a personal keepsake.

The Transaction

An interactive portrait confronting intimacy, consent, and authorship within mediated spaces.

A towering nude painting captures viewers via an embedded monitor. Approaching the work triggers an ultrasonic sensor that displays a request—“Send Nudes”—to a burner phone managed by the artist. Participants who respond receive a hand-painted interpretation installed for them to collect.

Over the two-week exhibition, eight paintings emerged from this exchange. Selected works are archived here, highlighting the ongoing negotiation between observer and observed.
